Workshop on Foundation Models for Cosmology and Particle Physics
Description
This workshop will focus on foundation models for science, with an emphasis on cosmology and particle physics. Topics of interest might include:
- scaling laws and data-taking strategies
- hard and soft physics priors
- pros and cons of LLMs/agent harnesses as a component of such models
- uncertainty quantification and interpretability.
