2026 Fields Annual General Meeting
Description
The Fields Institute will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in a hybrid format - at the Institute and online via Zoom. Members of Corporation perform a critical role in the Institute’s governance, and are invited to join us. Further details will be posted here.
How to Participate
Participation is voluntary and optional. If you do wish to participate, and you are a Member of Corporation, you may register to attend the virtual AGM or you can appoint a proxy (such as the Chair of the Fields Institute Board of Directors, or someone else of your choosing) to attend and vote on your behalf.

If you can't attend the AGM but still wish to participate, you can appoint a proxy (either the Chair of the Fields Institute Board of Directors, or someone else of your choosing) who will attend and vote on business items at the AGM on your behalf. The online proxy form takes less than five minutes to complete. Completed proxies must be received by 11:30 a.m. (EDT) on June 24, 2026. Data and privacy: This online proxy form is powered by a third-party service called Alchemer. Alchemer's privacy policies are available here. If you do not wish to use this form, you may email us a completed PDF version of the proxy form instead. Simply download the PDF proxy form, fill it out and send it by 11:30 a.m. (EDT) on June 24, 2026. Note that the PDF must be signed, either by e-signature (using software like Adobe Reader) or by scanning a printed, signed PDF. |
